We have arrived safe and sound in beautiful Athens.  After checking into the Hotel Athenian Callirhoe we enjoyed a lovely lunch at the garden restaurant before setting out to scenic Cape Sounion and a dinner by the sea at Akrogiali Restaurant.   No, this isn’t our hotel. It is the Temple of Poseidon.  What a great way to start a vacation.   We can’t wait until tomorrow but in the meantime look forward to a well-deserved sleep.
