Today, we visited the food market and spice shops in the old medina with the hotel’s chef, purchased fresh food, and then returned to the hotel for a cooking class with the chef! Some of the group enjoyed a delicious lunch of carrot salad and eggplant salad, together with chicken with preserved lemon and olives. Others went to the hammam (spa) and enjoyed the delicious lunch later.

The hammam (spa) experience was incredible! The entire group of ladies enjoyed skin exfoliation and massage.
